Clip the excessive hair, remove dirt and clean the affected ear using cotton wool dipped in Iso-Propyl Alcohol. One to two drops of EARCARE instill thrice a day until signs of improvement are apparent. Then the frequency can be reduced. Most symptoms will disappear within 24 hours. But should continue for at least 3 days for a complete recovery. For Chronic Otitis Externa it is recommended to continue for at least one week.
